Purchase Inventory

The Purchase Inventory Window is displayed in browse mode below from the FleetWise Lite maintenance system.   You can click on the new button to add a new receipt, or click on the edit button to change an existing receipt.

This Purchase Inventory window is displayed in edit mode below.  On this window, you input the vendor frin whom the parts were purchased.

The user clicks on the F8 key or the Part Information button to display the list of parts on the Purchase Inventory. The user can click on the new button on the toolbar to add a new part or the edit button to change a part.

The part edit window from the FleetWise Lite maintenance system is displayed below. The user selects the part purchased and enters the quantity and unit cost. The system automatically calculates the sales tax.

Once all of the parts have been added to the Purchase Inventory, the user posts the receipt. The window below is displayed by pressing the F5 key or by clicking on the Post Receipt button.   You click on the Yes button to post the receipt.   Posting the receipt updates the inventory master table in the FleetWise Lite maintenance system.
