Fleet Maintenance SoftwareMaintenance History ReviewThe Maintenance History Review window from the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software is displayed below. This window is used to quickly review the maintenance performed on vehicles and equipment. The user can type in a Unit ID and press enter. All of the repair orders on the vehicle will be displayed in the top panel. This panel displays the general information on the repair order. The second panel displays the repair codes on the repair order selected in the top panel. An unlimited number of repair codes can be placed on a single repair order in the FleetWise VB Fleet Software. The repair codes categorize the maintenance performed. Note, repairs performed in your shop and repairs performed at a vendors shop can appear on the same repair order. The bottom left panel displays the labor and vendor information for the selected repair codes. An unlimited number of mechanics or vendors can be assigned to a single repair code on a repair order in the FleetWise VB Fleet Software. This allows you to track the maintenance on a daily basis if desired. The bottom right panel displays the parts information for the selected repair code. An unlimited number of parts can be assigned to a single repair code on a repair order in the FleetWise VB Fleet Software.
Maintenance History Review window provides a quick way to review all of the maintenance performed on a vehicle. Fleet managers and mechanics can use the window to determine what maintenance has been performed recently in the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software. It can help them determine if a problem is new or if it is part of a larger problem with the vehicle. Click on the links below for more information on repair orders in our Fleet Software. A number of programs relate to the Repair Order System. You can click on the links below to display information about these programs. FleetWise VB Fleet Software contains literally hundreds of reports containing information from repair orders. A couple of selected reports on fleet maintenance can be displayed below.
