Unit Picture Table

The Unit Picture Table displays pictures of your vehicles and pieces of equipment in the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software.  You can add an unlimited number of pictures into FleetWise VB. The pictures are actually stored on your hard drive.  The FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software references the picture so you can see it when you select the unit.

You can search for a picture by either entering the unit id or the assembly code in the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software.  Examples of assembly codes include, body, engine, transmission, etc.

You can also enter a description of the picture being displayed in the fleet maintenance software. This can be helpful in the case of an accident or damage to a vehicle.

The Unit Picture Table is displayed below from the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software. You will notice multiple pictures are listed for each unit. Click on the New Button to add a new picture or click on an existing picture and then click on the Edit Button to change the information. You can also double click on a picture to edit it.

The Unit Picture Table is displayed in Edit Mode below from the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software. You can change any of the information.  Once the changes are complete click on the Save & New Button to save the changes and add a new record, or click on the Save Button to save your changes and return to the prior window, or click on the Undo Button to lose the changes.
