Repair Order System - Vendor
The Vendor Browse window contains all of the vendors that performed maintenance on the current repair code in the FleetWise VB Maintenance System. The vendors can be entered on a daily basis, or they can be entered for the entire repair code. As many vendors as required can be added for each repair code in the FleetWise VB Maintenance System.
When the repair code is entered, the user indicates whether the maintenance was performed in your repair shop or was performed by an outside vendor. If you indicate that the maintenance was performed by an outside vendor the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance System automatically displays this window.
Click on the New Button to add a new labor record or click on an existing labor record and then click on the Edit Button to change it. You can also double click on it to edit it.
The vendor window is displayed in Edit Mode below. You can change most of the information for the vendor. Once the changes are complete click on the Save & New Button to save the changes and add a new record, or click on the Save Button to save your changes and return to the prior window, or click on the Undo Button to lose the changes.
The Vendor Edit window is used to add or change the vendors for a repair code in the FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance System. At the top of the window the system displays the current repair code. Each vendor that worked on the repair code can be added with this window in the FleetWise VB Maintenance System. The amount charged is entered.

FleetWise VB Fleet Maintenance Software contains literally hundreds of reports containing information from repair orders. A couple of selected reports on fleet maintenance can be displayed below.
Many of the reports can be printed in a variety of orders. The following link will display the first page of the Summary Closed Repair Order Cost List in Unit ID Order.
